Ok, I’ve been doing this online marketing thing for about a week or so now…I know it can take some time to get the ball rolling, but I’m having a few doubts…which I’m sure is typical. One thing that a frined of mine told me is that these ‘so called vendors’ (his words not mine) of the products I’m trying to sale are going to sale their products to people through the links that I’ve generated, but they won’t pay and if I try to get paid they’ll just say that nobody ever came to them through my link, or maybe just one or two people when it was really 600 people…so, I’m trying to figure out if their are vendors out there that do this…also, my biggest question is how can I get one of those pay per click vendors (you know, I become an affiliate of theirs…people go through my link…and the vendor pays me regardless of if those customers buy or not) I’m thinking that’d be a better way to get started bc people have a lot of skepticism towarrd these online deals…especially when the product is to make a lot of money online or in real estate or making money in general. So, if there’s a way to get a bunch of these links that I can promote I’d love to get paid for just sending people to them.
Hi Sam, I understand your concern about actually receiving your affiliate commissions. There’s a simple solution to this. Use Clickbank to select the products you promote. Clickbank does not put up with non-payment and will ban any company from doing business with them if that happpens. I’m not going to say it never happpens, but it’s exceedingly rare with Clickbank. Also major firms like Amazon, Wal-Mart and Target all have affiliate programs and are known to be totally legit. The second issue you raise concerns what type of of online revenue model you should use. The pay per click model is a valid way to make money, but affilate marketing can generate much more especially when your new.
Lastly, you are just starting and over time you can and will, if you stick with it, make great money! But this is real work…not a get rich in a week or two or even three scheme.
